Reports on the KinClaims System

Understand your claims data at a glance. Home-screen reports show claims received by month, filtered by fault and non-fault status, with interactive charts, customisable views, outstanding-debt reporting by third-party insurer, and one-click snapshots for stakeholder updates.

Instructing an Engineer Using the KinClaims System

Generate engineer instructions directly from any claim. Select an engineer, choose desktop or physical inspection, set authorise-repairs or inspect-only, pick a location, then print the Engineering Instruction Form. The document is saved to Attachments and the Claim Summary is updated automatically for a complete audit trail.

Receiving Correspondence from External Sources

Incoming emails carrying a unique case reference are matched to the correct claim automatically. Key information is extracted, an AI-generated summary appears on the Claims Summary tab, and the assigned handler is notified so they can prioritise and act.
